A lovely stay in winter. Fairly clean hotel with a very friendly staff and beautifully decorated and romantic rooms. Beautiful and incredible location right on the beach which is awesome and easy access to boutiques and cute stores. Great swimming pool area and fresh made breakfast with pizza and great coffee, as example.

Friendly attentive staff all over the place. Great swimming pool and good and gorgeous location just off Ruins, town or convenience store, the beach with five steps, and beautiful grounds. Also, right next to maxa camp which likes to party until late in the night which you can hear.

Plentiful, savoury breakfasts with pizza, great coffee. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a safe, and a sitting area.

Neat and fashionable rooms provided with a very thick wooden chest and a backpack a piece plus enjoy the sounds of the surf.

Thoroughly enjoyed Tulum, the hotel was relaxing in the ocean. Smooth check-in, the staff helped us with taxi. Its location was amazing, next to restaurants, shops and the ruins, the worlds best beaches, and bars and restaurants. Café Tulumski Deli Mexicano located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The service was top-notch, no complaints whatsoever. Our trip was amazing, would have stayed for longer.

The area was very basic.

The location in a truly beautiful area was stunning and there were cute shops and supermarkets nearby. Btw, it was within a close distance from Sunrise Beach.

The rooms are modern and attractively furnished, provided with with bathroom, gardenview, as for instance.

We enjoyed this exclusive hotel, nothing too much trouble. The property was in a very central location by sand which makes it so pretty. And it was relatively close to Ukami, ate there couple of times. The room was neat and well-designed, there was a stylish bathroom.

We usually stay here for a trip and the room is always trendy and well-maintained. The location is amazing and absolutely perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Beach. And it's just next door to bars / restaurants, other Beach Clubs like Ziggy and the nightclubs.

It was an ideal place, had incredible and pleasant staff at the reception desk. I was upgraded to spotless and beautifully designed guest room with private bathroom. The location was very central, marvellous in the ocean because of the seaweed.

Amazing, beautiful location near the ocean. Very close to Tulum Ruins, the beautiful beach of Tulum, one of the worlds best beaches and wonderful restaurants and cute shops in both directions. Well-designed, brand-new units provided with shared bathroom, hammock, as example.

It seems like everything was very good, I recommend it.

The rooms are attractively furnished and modern, and are complete with a private bathroom, bath and a nice comfy bed. As for me location is brilliant and awesome, near to many restaurants and bars, Tulum beach and Mexico.
